    Since the last few updates, my PC had been suffering with a problem that sometimes I log in, it would be a pitch black screen with a cursor. After I installed the latest update Which I thought would fix all the problems just made my whole PC turn into a black screen with my cursor being able to move no matter what I do. I realize that I can open applications even when the black screen is present, which I opened my File Explorer and it was showing that it is loading something that I'm not sure what it's loading. This also happened to File Explorer back then when I updated my PC around late S

    So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

    Windows 11 black screen with cursor problem

    If I tried to login in windows 11 if my company laptop with organisation IP and dns,it's showing Black screen with cursor but if tried to login with internet connection it's working fine but if I tried to login without any network it's completely showing Black screen with cursor.

    I tried safe scan, updated drivers,safemode login, video driver updates and even tried to remove drivers but nin of the any suggestions working please help me with this.
