Windows 10: Windows 11 Blank Screen Before Login

Intermittently on power-up the screen will go blank instead of showing the login page. Windows 11 will sometimes show the Windows logo and spinner for a few seconds before this event occurs. This blank black screen continues for an extended period of time, up to five minutes, while unknown disk accesses are being made. The HDMI output may cut off near the end of this time, then the Windows login page appears as normal.This may be related to Windows updates being made during startup and prior to login, but since the system refuses to output that is speculation. Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Unknown user account at windows 10 login screen

I have the same issue but I have 11 users and now on the log in screen I have 11 user names and 11 of the "password" with the "key" next to them. So, that's 22 logins on the lock screen. The "password" logins are actually the users. I am trying to get rid
of the "password" tabs so only my user names show on the login screen. I checked for the registry folder you mentioned and it is not in the list.

Any other suggestions?
