Windows 10: Windows 11. Blue Screen - Choose an option Trouble Shoot / Turn off PC

Hi! I have a problem with my Windows 11 operating system. I turned on my computer today and was met with a blue screen telling me to choose an option, troubleshoot or turn off your PC. The troubleshoot option takes me to factory image restore and advance options. Factory image takes me back to troubleshoot and turn off your PC. Advance options gives me six options. I'm unable to install the updates or work the system restore or the system image recovery and startup repair couldn't repair my PC.When I select system image recovery I think there's a clue. Why I don't get the trouble shooting option?

Steps:

1. move the mouse cursor on the power icon
   
2. push down the Shift key
   
3. right click on the power icon (a menu will pop up)
   
4. select the restart
   

On the restart screen, I only have the "turn off your computer" option, but nothing else. What I need is the "trouble shooting" option and I have seen the option in many online tutorials. Why I don't get the option?

BTW, there are two other ways to get the restart screen, using a repair disk and searching on UEFL. And this question is related to my other question.

my upgrade would not work every time i turn on my computer now it would go through a system repair then to a blue screen that would say choose an option with the options as continue, troubleshoot, and turn off . when i went the to trouble shoot i selected
an option to reset and that failed along with other options i selected such as system restore and such

I'm using the Windows 11 Installation Assistant to upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

My system passes the health tests from the companion app and has the following specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with TPM enabled

32 GB RAM

Mainboard ASROCK X570

Windows 10 Education 2H1

178 GB Free space

I run the assistant and wait for it to download and install.

After rebooting I get asked to select my Keyboard Layout, after which I get a screen showing "Choose an option" with

• Troubleshoot
  
• Turn off your PC
  

Under Troubleshoot I can see

• Startup Repair
  
• Command Prompt
  
• Uninstall Updates
  
• UEFI Firmware Settings
  
• System Restore
  
• System Image Recovery
  

My only sensible option here seems "Turn off your PC". Upon rebooting it takes a while to get thrown back into Windows 10.

How can I upgrade my PC to Windows 11?
