Windows 10: Windows 11 blue screen of death

Hello! I have a HP 250 G9 notebook laptop, and I've recently had a pending update, whom I installed, but after installation it claimed something went wrong and kept switching between the two screens, until I got BSOD. I tried deinstaling the updatesdidn't work, booting it in safe mode didn't work, using cmdthe commands worked, but no changes were applied as my laptop crashed again. finally tried to reinstall windows, using cloud, but it got stuck on a certain precentage, and my internet is incredibly slow, so I switched to local. The local one got to about 80 percent when it crashed too,

Windows 7 Blue Screen of Death!

This is the first time i have ever got the blue screen, but it keeps on occurring, and so i cannot get onto that hard drive, it shuts down within a second of the blue screen showing itself, which doesnt give me any time to read it lol. So i am completely confused as there is no Path of: "C:\WINDOWS\Minidump" as well
