Windows 10: Windows 11 Bluescreen/Restart loop

Updated my PC and now I am met with a constant boot loop. Every fix I have found needs access to the desktop but I bluescreen just after boot, giving me no chance to try any sort of fix. I can access my bios but anytime after that I'm met with the words "Undoing changes made to your computer" then an instant blue screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Computer loops on bluescreen

When I fire up my laptop it hits a blue screen, restarts, and when it tries to start Automtic Repair, it hits another bluescreen, and then it loops that without end.
