Windows 10: Windows 11 Bluetooth connection issue

Hello everyone,Today when about to view a youtube video, I took my bluetooth ear pods out of the case and noticed they weren't giving out any sound.Mind I have used these ear pods regularly with this pc since I bought them and they have been working properly.I opened windows settings and checked they were present and connected, although the info text kept changing very quickly between "Connected", "Connected mic", "Connected mic, audio", "Connected audio" - this was non-stop.I tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it.. same.Tried removing the device and adding it again.. same. see youtube v

Step 1: Troubleshoot problems with Bluetooth accessories.

Step 2: There are two terms regarding Bluetooth: pairing and connecting. Pairing is the introduction of one device to another. Once paired, they will stay in each other’s memory until manually erased. Once a device
is paired, the headset can then connect to that device to receive audio or voice from the device.

• Go into the device's paired list and manually select the Bluetooth.
  
• You may need to clear your paired list in your headset and re-pair your headset to your device.
  
• To clear your paired list in your headset, follow these steps: on the headset, press and hold the call and volume – buttons for 10 seconds
  
• The headset will revert to discoverable mode (slowly blinking LED), allowing you to re-pair the computer you want connect.

Bluetooth Headphone Connection Issues

Hi,

I would suggest to perform some basic troubleshooting steps by following the article to find out the reason and to update the Bluetooth driver.

Check the Status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager and update it:

• Search Device Manager using Cortana.
• Right click Bluetooth drivers and select the Update driver software.

Check also if the Bluetooth service on your laptop is enabled by following this steps:

• Press Windows key + R and type service.msc
• Search for Bluetooth Support Service.
• Right click on the Service and click on Enable.
