Windows 10: Windows 11 Bluetooth Issue with Logitech M720 Mouse

The moment i pick up jabra elite 85t from the case and use it for my calls, on random basis the logitech m270 mouse gets disconnected . Only restart of windows 11 helps the mouse connect back againAlready tried uninstalling the driver for m270 but this does not helpAny suggestions ?This was never a problem with windows 10.The issue never occurs for the logitech k480 keyboard though. It never gets disconnected.So some thing between M270 and Elite 85t

Logitech M720 mouse randomly causes Desktop/Task Window/Windows Timeline/Other to display

After searching endlessly and finding no discussions that presented with a successful solution I decided look at logitech's feature descriptions as it related to my new M720 mouse.

I found the answer in a blog article published by Logitech - discussing "Logitech Options" software that works with their mice and keyboards that are compatible. The new feature help make using input devices more fluid with Windows 10. Below is a link

On the M720 the "gesture" button feature located right where the users thumb grasps the mouse, has a default setting to open the aforementioned window when pressed. In my case with the new Windows 10 update it opened "Windows Timeline" each time it was
pressed. I was totally unaware that the button existed. Upon setting the gesture feature to "none" the issue resolved itself.

Hope that this helps someone before they get frustrated.

 

Cannot uninstall bluetooth mouse -- keeps reappearing in dev mgr after setting Bluetooth Off/On

I cannot pair Logitech M720 mouse to my Windows 10 PC. I would Uninstall the mouse from device manager, but when I turn off then turn on Bluetooth from system tray, the M720 mouse keeps reappearing in Device Manager, but not in Bluetooth Show Devices. Trying
to pair it, Windows doesn't even see the mouse while scanning.

My problem is the same as the one discussed in the following link -- the thread is closed but the problem is unresolved:

I'm running Windows 10 on an Asus M32CD with a Logitech M720 Triathlon Mouse. I have uninstalled Logitech Options but the problem is still happening.

What should I do (short of re-installing Windows 10)?

Logitech mouse and Keyboard issues

Logitech K800 keyboard
* Your K800 Unifying USB receiver can be connected to up to six Unifying Logitech mice and keyboards.
* Software: Logitech SetPoint

Logitech MX Master
* You can connect your mouse to up to three devices at the same time. You can use either Bluetooth Smart or the Logitech Unifying receiver that comes with the mouse.
* Software: Logitech Options

The Unifying receivers are subject to interference. If you have more than one separate them if possible.

My keyboard suffered from interference. After I moved the Unifying receiver to a USB 2.0 port on the back of the computer the keyboard worked a lot better.


You can launch the Unifying software from either SetPoint or Options. I will show this with what I have.

I have the following: Logitech MK550 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo

• K350 Keyboard (uses SetPoint)
• M510 Mouse (uses Options)
