    Windows 11 Bluetooth Plantronics Headset Connected no sound


    Last chance attempt, Bluetooth headset Plantronics connected but no sound. Got BT600 dongle just to be safe too, software up to date on dongle and headset.Setting checked, drivers updated and reverted back and forward for good measure.The control panel checked the Device manager steps too. Other, newer Bluetooth devices work, so could be something with the headset being old. Works with Mac, iPhone, Smart TV etc.

    restore defaults, test button, and all spatial sound options did nothing

    here is the general tab for my headset. and yes, other sound devices work fine

    Sorry, I thought you had bluetooth as you mentioned pairing and unpairing the device. Yes if no bluetooth then troubleshooter is not going to find issue.

    Could you post your version of this screen shot.

    Are any of your devices in device manager reporting an issue? (with an exclamation mark)

    no exclamation marks in device manager at all. i am forever cursed with obscure pc issues.
