Windows 10: Windows 11 Boot Loop and startup repair fail

I have HP ENVY 14 laptop. Its been 2 week since i have upgraded to windows 11. On 21 Nov 2021, i got an update. i downloaded and installed the updates. but as soon as the laptop restarted, it get stuck in boot loop. The laptop starts then says please wait for the software to update. Then again shutdown and boots again. This keeps repeating. I tried Startup repair but it failed. I tried to uninstall the update and also tried to downgrade to windows 10, but that also failed because it could not find the file. I have reset the laptop with personal documents to be saved, but the problem continues

Last night around 9pm I noticed the pc was doing another update. Endless boot loop again. I ran through the steps from yesterday with one new result and it will not boot.

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
