Windows 10: Windows 11 boot loop at 64% after factory reset.

I've decided to do a factory reset on my Acer Helios Predator, which has a main SSD where I've never did any kind of procedures before, so, it should be working fine with the Windows Recovery options.I've been searching for options on this forum, but all of the topics mention ways where I require an external bootable windows media.What is the point of having a freaking factory reset, if it won't work? I don't have any portable storage media with me, I don't buy any of those in years, as everything is on cloud today.It freaks me out that I trusted the Windows Recovery, and now I have my PC boot

Factory Reset 64% Loop

Hello

I was trying to factory reset my cintiq companion 2 with Windows 10, during reinstallation my tablet shut down completely. Now everytime I try to start it up it gets stuck in this loop of showing the loading screen, then quickly showing a blue screen saying
windows is at 64% before resetting, and doing it all over again.

Ive connected my keyboard to it to try to get it into safe mode (or ANYTHING for that matter) but nothing happens. It just keeps looping.

I’ve even tried to boot up using a usb with a windows 10 iso on it, which doesn’t seem to work either.

It wont go into automatic repair, i’ve disconnected my wifi, and tried to reboot it, same thing. Im out of ideas. Please help!

 

Factory Reset 64% Loop

Hi,

Since you can't get past the boot loop, try to access Windows Recovery Environment and do a Startup repair by following the steps below:

• Press and hold the power button to turn off the device (If PC still stuck in the loop).
  
• Once turned off, power on the device. Once you see the manufacturer logo, press and hold the power button to turn it off again.
• Do this process three times then power on the device again to boot to
  Windows Recovery Environment.

In Windows Recovery Environment, usually you will see options like Continue, Troubleshoot, Use a Device.


In this case, please choose Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.
This will allow you to fix certain system problems that might prevent Windows from booting successfully.
