Windows 10: Windows 11 boot looping?

I tried to use my laptop for work yesterday and noticed it was stuck on the starting up and wouldnt start up. Im unsure what the issue is, Im a teacher and i need this for work ASAP. Please Help!!!

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 11 reinstall stuck in boot loop

Hello, so i have reinstalled Windows 11, went through every step and when it got to the installation process it got stuck in a boot loop.

Any ideas about what i can do? (I have one ssd and one hdd and I disconnected the hdd in case it might be interfering)
