    Windows 11. Boots, but no start bar. Spooling.


    Windows 11. Boots but no start bar. Can run task manager, but that is about it. The machine seems stuck in a loop. I have done 2 restore points, and I have reset the machine by reinstalling windows kept my personal files tho. The error persists. Starting to think hardware. Help please.

    Start Bar not working after update install in Windows 10


    Hi, tried as you suggest. It starts and says Checking application registration... and the green progress bar just goes on and on (let it run for over two hours) and never gets to the next step. Any other suggestions?

    HyperSLI (Enabling SLI on non-sli motherboards)

    To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

    Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
    in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
    then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

    yes its still empty as you can see here

    yes i have finished ALL the steps multiple times that is listed.. except for the roll back as windows says its not available..

    changing date and time does NOTHING for me... - update- this only caused me to not be able to access the internet - end update -

    also if i open control panel and try to open system nothing happens.. (again no windows key+ short cuts work either.. so windows key + i does nothing at all)

    not sure if this has anything to do with it but it does say secure boot is turned off in sys info (no idea why it lists location as United States in their either)
