Windows 10: Windows 11: Boots, can log-in, Black-screen: Can access Task Manager, cannot run...

Summary: I have a black desktop with a very visible mouse. Task Manager is available. I can run cmd/ps. I can run any web-browser except Edge. The computer no-longer has access to my cloud drives. There is access to the internet, but I cannot access my windows accounts properly. Trying MOST of the normal fixes SFC, DISM, ScanDisk, Disk Cleanup, MSERT [returns "25 viruses" but on fixing no change] return that there are no problems. Explorer.exe is present but does not run when run from shell/cmd. It runs indirectly when copying or browsing. Attempting to use Boot-time repair/emergency tools r

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Put old hard drive with windows 7 back in computer and it booted Perfect. Put Windows 10 hard drive back in and same problem,goes to user log on OK then screen turns black. Left it on for a hour and still have black screen,but screen saver bubbles are working? Does the same thing thing in Safe Mode, think I need to roll back display driver. Don't know how to get there,I can get to task manager when on black screen. All suggestions are welcomed.
