    Windows 11 brightness stuck at max


    Hi, I have an issue with my windows 11 dell laptop brightness stuck at max. Tried multiple youtube guides and didnt work, even the one I used previously to get it fixed, now it could not. Please need help asap.

    Windows 10: Brightness Settings

    The troubleshooting steps above fixed my problem, which was that the screen was too dim while brightness level was stuck at max level. Proper brightness is now restored and responds to my up or down commands...

    Brightness Control not working in Windows 10

    Hi Ella,

    To adjust the brightness, see the steps below:

    • Go back to Power Options, and tick on the High performance.
    • See if you can adjust the brightness.

    If this not work, we highly suggest that you create an Administrator account, and re-do the steps above.

    Windows 11 brightness stuck at max

    Display brightness at max after 1803 update

    Hello!

    I upgraded my laptop over the weekend to Windows 10 1803. I noticed my display was set to max brightness. I am unable to use the F keys to lower the brightness. I am also unable to change the brightness in the display settings. My drivers are all updated.
    Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    I have a Toshiba Satellite with the Intel (R) HD Graphics.
