Windows 10: Windows 11 - Browser is half missing to the right hand of the screen.

So my issue is this, Windows 11 will allow me to put any application, example the calculator tool to the bottom top or left or right of the screen so I can't see half the calculator.Why doesn't Windows 11 respect that the edge of my monitor display area is where all applications should stop displaying? It's very annoying it means for example with a web browser I can't click on the minimize icon to make it smaller..

HTC Pro-Windows Mobile 6.1 Left Handed

I need some guidance/suggestions/is it even possible, for the following questions:

  Can I move the on screen scroll bars to the left side of my screen? I am left handed and using the stylus with my left hand is awkward?
  
• 
  Can I set a different browser as the default browser? Let's say instead of Opera Mobile, I want to use Firefox or I.E.?
  

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
