Just wanted to say that i got a BSOD yesterday on Windows 11 21H2: BSOD Bugcheck 0x00000139 0x0000000000000003, 0xffff8101db28b5c0, 0xffff8101db28b518, 0x0000000000000000 Kernel Security Check FailureI was intended on asking for advice but found the problem: Windows Update tried to update the device driver for my Creative AE-5 Plus, that failed either due to or causing the BSOD, solution is probably what I have done to update the driver via Creative Sound Blaster Command.Thought i still make a post if someone else runs in to this problem

Windows 10 BSODs

I've experienced three BSODs for the second day in a row. The first stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffff802225dc9f0, 0xfffff802225dc948, 0x0000000000000000).

The second stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd000b8eed5a0, 0xffffd000b8eed4f8, 0x0000000000000000)

And the third stated:

• The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd001c93da5a0, 0xffffd001c93da4f8, 0x0000000000000000)

These occurred while I was gaming, so is it a gpu driver issue?

 

What caused my BSOD? The bugcheck was: 0x00000139

I think this is the first time I've encounter this BSOD on my laptop. I had it minutes ago and didn't experience it again so far.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xfffffe84cf84c650, 0xfffffe84cf84c5a8, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 50a7192d-b016-4c4e-9deb-2a79c6648714.

BSOD errors bugcheck: 0x00000139

Hi All

I'm having BSOD errors with my PC on a daily basis.

It's only when I boot the machine for the first time, and always within the first few seconds, normally I wouldn't even get into the desktop before it crashes.

The machine then does the memory dump process, and then proceeds to boot normally.

I've reinstalled Windows, and I'm still having the same issue.

The machine has never blue screened while I've been using it, it's only on the first boot.

The only error I can see is - The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd00024e37500, 0xffffd00024e37458, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9e9dd043-0a15-41fa-bc08-d29f18615c3a.

I have the dump files if they're necessary.
