    Windows 11 BSOD error INACCESSIBLE

I have a GATEWAY GTCW116-3bk Laptop from walmart. I updated it from windows 10 to Windows 11. Upon trying to revert, when you go into "BIOS" its the BSD Menu and allows you to "allow" or "disable" boot from USB first. However this option doesn't seem to work because I've created a windows 11 from Microsoft's Windows Creation tool and it won't boot on this laptop but will the 2 others just like it. Furthermore, when the windows tries to boot, it almost instantly errors and goes into BSOD! Help please!ERROR: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE AFTER this it goes into RECOVERY Error: 0xc0000225

    :)

  2. Windows 11 BSOD Inaccessible boot device

Hi PG. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

Here is how to fix Inaccessible Boot Device:

    https://www.technewstoday.com/inaccessible-boot...

    https://nerdschalk.com/stop-code-inaccessible-b...

    https://www.technewstoday.com/inaccessible-boot...

    https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/fix-inacces...

Have you considered doing a Clean Install of Windows 11? This would give the opportunity to wipe the drive of all partitions to get it cleanest down to the boot level.

The best Clean Install is here:

    https://www.windowscentral.com/how-do-clean-ins...

To create bootable Windows 11 installation media follow the steps under the section to Create Installation media in link Before you Start here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/software-downlo...

Power on the PC while pressing the BIOS Boot menu key given here:

    https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

Make sure during the booted install to unplug all other drives, boot the media as a UEFI Device, choose Custom Install, delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, choose the Unallocated Space, click Next to auto-create and -format the needed partitions and begin install - this makes it foolproof.

After install expedite all Windows Updates including Optional until no more are offered. Then import any drivers from the PC maker's Support Downloads web page for your model that are newer, or branded instead of generic. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is how to keep the latest manufacturer's drivers current. Windows drivers are rarely enough.

Make it a diagnostic install by monitoring for the issue after you reinstall each app, Update, settings or any modifications. Have System Restore points set so you can roll back before the change that causes this, if you isolate it.

If you want me to look over your disk configuration to see if I spot anything (about half the time in thousands that I've read) post a screenshot of Disk Management, which I read like a doctor reads X-rays. Follow the steps here so I can see everything needed to advise you: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/foru...

Report back results for each step so I know what else to suggest.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.

    BSOD - Registry Error

    Your BSOD code is 0X000000051

Here's the Google search I did for it: https://www.google.com/search?q=0x0...j5.399j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=122&ie=UTF-8

There is a hotfix available that might help, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/810558

This thread makes a few good suggestions too: http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-hel...dows-7-pro-sp1-registry-error-0x00000051.html

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

    Run SFC /SCANNOW

    Report back.

Windows 11 BSOD Inaccessible boot device

    Hello

This is the 2nd time I've tried updating to Windows 11. First time I've tried it (few months ago), I got BSOD when booting up with the issue "Inaccessible Boot Device". It got so bad to a point where it couldn't recover or rollback the issue and I ended up having to format my whole PC and reinstall Windows 10.

I tried it again for the 2nd time I got the same BSOD issue "Inaccessible Boot Device" but thankfully was able to rollback to previous state.

What is the matter and how do I fix it to successfully use Windows 11?

FYI, my computer is brand new, built this year running on X570 MOBO. BIOS has been updated to the latest version
