Windows 10: Windows 11 BSOD help!!

I keep getting random and inconsistent BSODs. It sometimes happens when idling at the desktop, or in sleep mode. Sometimes it will happen when closing a game like Fortnite or Call of duty. could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
