    Troubleshooting was much more involved and time consuming, but here is the summary of what worked.My notebook kept crashing with BSOD. Windows 11 launched auto-repair, which was unable to repair the issue.I did a sfc /scannow which found some corrupt files, but didn't fix the problem.I did a complete reinstall of Windows from the cloud with clean the disk option. It worked for a while until I ran updates.The BSOD returned.I was able to boot into safe mode. The BSOD was too quick to see the error until I turned off option 9 Disable automatic restart after failure in Startup Settings.RTKVHD64

    Rtkvhd64.sys BSOD after installing NVIDIA GPU drivers (for eGPU) on Surface Pro 8, Windows 11 Version 22H2 and 21H2

    Hello everyone!

    I have some bad issues with Rtkvhd64.sys blue screens after I install NVIDIA GPU Drivers on my Surface Pro 8 with Windows 11 Version 22H2 for my eGPU GTX 1060. I tried to uninstall 22H2 update for win 11 allready and get the 21H2 Version back, but I get the same Rtkvhd64.sys BSOD on 21H2 after Installing the GPU drivers. Does anyone have the same issues and could help me in this matter?

    auto repair trying to fix Windows 10 instead of Windows 11 in boot loop

    I have an HP Envy 15 manufacturer pre-installed with Windows 11 (although I'd asked for Windows 10!) which got into an auto repair loop. The C:\ drive is bitlocked and the auto repair is trying to repair Windows 10 not Windows 11. HP have ignored my requests for help even tho the laptop is under warranty. If I try a re-install, the auto repair kicks in and wants to install Windows 10 not 11. If I try to install Windows 10, the auto repair kicks it and says it can't progress. Any suggestions how to get round this please, especially the bitlocked C:\ drive and the auto repair trying to fix 10 instead of 11?
