    Windows 11 BSOD - SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLE NETIO.SYS


    Hello, For the past few weeks, I've had several BSODs a day. Seemingly at random, as my PC will restart when it is idle or while I am just browsing the internet via Google Chrome. I've used ASUS Armory Crate to update all of my drivers and the ASUS site to update my BIOS, but alas, my problems haven't been solved.Given that I use Bitdefender, PIA, and OpenVPN not simultaneously, I'm uncertain if these could be contributing to the issue. Your expertise in this matter would be greatly appreciated.Moreover, I have 5 recent minidumps I can post here. I'm not sure exactly how, so I will try

    Occasional SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD


    Got a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED BSOD. Opened the MEMORY.DUMP with windbg to see that the faulted driver was a Broadcom wireless driver (bcmwlhigh6.sys) that is not listed in Device Manager. So I thought I'd stop by here for some advice. The requested zip file is attached.

    BSOD: system_thread_exception_not_handled What failed: RTKVHD64.sys

    Hi, I have just had a couple of my users which a BSOD with the error:

    system_thread_exception_not_handled
    What failed: RTKVHD64.sys

    I have the Memory.dmp file, can anyone open it and see what may have caused the issue?
