Windows 10: Windows 11 bsod with combination of shift + alt + window + left click

Windows 11 bsod with combination of shift + alt + window + left clicksmall dmp file: 112923-4984-01.dmpIt happened in photoshop but I had similar crashes before with other programs or games.Things I did so far: OCCT memory test is clean. Who crashes doesn´t really say much. After enabling complete log reports, most dump files get corrupted. I´m running latest bios version since updating CPU two months ago. Disabled XMP. Updated Nvidia drivers. previus nvidia driver 536.99 Disconnected a SSD that could be problematic. Ran: sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth DISM /Onli

The two Alt keys doesn't work in combinations

Hi, I would like to solve this annoying windows prank (windows 10 in my case)

The two Alt keys no longer work for me in "custom combinations" of keys and not even in ctrl-alt-del.

- I have no virus

- the right Alt key works in the combination of special characters @#][

- the left Alt key works in combination with F4 etc.

- the left Alt key works in combination with the letters for the virtual click of the applications menu items

- the left Alt key works in combination with the numeric keypad keys for special characters

- as an alternative to crtl-alt-del i use ctrl-shift-esc and i access the task manager without problems

- if I use the "on-screen keyboard" of windows I can access the "custom combinations" and the ctrl-alt-del

as I repeat, the two Alt keys (physically pressed) no longer work only in the ctrl-alt-del and "custom combinations"

I have done many tests suggested by various google results and, moreover, currently, as soon as I start windows and using the Alt keys, only for the first time after switching on they emit a "whistle" from windows, this as surely result of one of the tests.

 

Left Alt + Shift + 0: Cannot change language in Emacs/VcXsrv

I'm running the Emacs text editor using WSL + VcXsrv on Windows 10. When typing texts, I need to change the language all the time, using combinations such as:

• Left Alt + Shift + 0: German
  
• Left Alt + Shift + 1: English
  
• Left Alt + Shift + 2: Spanish
  
• Left Alt + Shift + 3: Greek
  

How do I make these key combinations work in VcXsrv?

 

Shift + B not working after upgrade to Windows 11

I recently upgraded 3 of my computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11. On one computer the combination of [Shift Key + B] does not work. Every other key combination works just fine. My 3 other Windows 11 devices do not have this issue.

The shift key right or left does not matter. Caps lock B works as intended

I will list my troubleshooting steps so far.

Windows On-Screen Keyboard (has the issue as well)

Clean boot

Uninstalling and reinstalling keyboard drivers

DISM to see if there was any corruption

With the On-Screen Keyboard having the same issue makes me believe that it is a Windows error and not a driver incompatibility or hardware issue.
