Windows 10: Windows 11 - "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not available...."...

I rebooted my laptop last night and now have error message "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is not available...." When I attempt to enter my passcode, it is immediately reject with error "the user p[rofile service service failed the sign-in. user profile cannot be loaded." I have run sfc /scannow, chkdsk E: /f /r, and more I tried to boot into safemode, but I can only access the Recycle bin. I can get into File Explorer for a few seconds but then kicked out. Right click does not work. I cannot access CMD from safemode, no option for safemode with command prompt. System

Why were some of my desktop elements in C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\

my desktop is fine, but avira keeps saying, that there have been files at C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\, but it cant be found.

It list some folder, which I moved, renamed or deleteted instead. But how?

Yesterday I tested something. I renamed a folder on my desktop and run a scan with avira. Now avira finds another folder in C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\. It is the folder I renamed before I started the scan, with its old folder name.

Is this a caused do the rename?

The other paths which avira foud in C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop\ were deleted months ago. Why is avira still findig this entrys?

Note: By default, C:\Users\Default is hidden. To unhide click on the View tab and check the
Hidden Items box.

And when I do this, "C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop will come back and already be loaded?
