Windows 10: Windows 11 cannot detect internal HDD access externally via USB

I'm using Windows 11. I have a Western Digital internal HDD which is put and accessed as an external drive. So my PC connect to that HDD via USB cable. The reason is that I can later connect it to my Smart TV and play videos from that HDD.Unfortunately, it's not as easy as I thought. When I was using Windows 7 within exactly the same PC, I can easily access it read/write like a normal flash drive. That HDD is also readable from my Smart TV and I can play videos from it like a normal flash drive. But after I change my OS to Windows 11, that HDD is no longer detected. It doesn't even appear in

Error 0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect when copying files from internal HDD to USB External HDD

Every time I when copying files from internal HDD to USB External HDD I receive this errors. That happened after the update on 04/11/2018 win 10 home 1709

 

External HDD showing on W10 but not on W11 (usb port are fine)

I only suggested using the other PC in case you could not back up your files to the Windows 11 PC.

Are all HDD's not working on the Windows 11 PC or just external USB?

What normally works for this is what I gave you, so I'd at least try it if the other steps I gave didn't work.

Devine manager sees it. But Windows explorer does not.
