Windows 10: windows 11 cannot find a program file that is very much on the computer, specifically...

Did the Windows 11 update that ends in 60842. Ever since then, my NordVPN and FoxitPDF Reader programs will not open. I get the error message, "Windows cannot find C:\Program Files x86\Foxit Software\Foxit PDF ReadeFoxitPDFReader.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again.a CMD SFC found no corrupted software. Reinstalling the repair version of Windows 11 had no effect.Same for NordVPN. Please advise.

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
