  1. Windows 11 cannot find or connect to any bluetooth devices on brand new prebuilt PC

I recently just bought a Windows 11 "Player One" prebuilt PC from NZXT. Upon using it for the first time, none of the bluetooth devices that I attempt to connect to with my PC are being found. I've tried multiple different devices, all of which work correctly when connecting to other computers, I've explored my bluetooth settings, enabled "Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC", changes my Bluetooth devices discovery to Advanced, have searched for Windows and driver updates multiple times, and I'm unable to roll back my current driver version because the drivers installed are the originals s

  2. No sound as PC is connected to a bluetooth device.

    Hi Samuel,

As per your description, I understand that there is no sound in your PC as it shows that it is currently connected to a Bluetooth device which you do not recognize.

Before we proceed, I would like you to provide the information stated below:

    1. Have you connected your PC to Bluetooth speakers?

    2. Do you recognize the device that is connected to your PC?

    3. Does the Bluetooth device display under Control Panel > Devices and Printers?

For now, I suggest that you perform the steps below and check if you will be able to remove the device in question.

To remove the device from your PC, follow the steps below

    • Select Start > Settings > Devices >
      Bluetooth.
    • Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
      Yes.

Your reply is very important to ensure that we provide the appropriate resolution. Do provide the above information so that we can proceed further.

    Regards

  3. Bluetooth not showing devices, won't connect new devices

    I'm on Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2.
Windows 11 cannot find or connect to any bluetooth devices on brand new prebuilt PC 383164d1673480821t-bluetooth-not-showing-devices-wont-connect-new-devices-pc-info.jpg
I'm on a laptop using the built-in Intel Wireless chip, which also comes with Bluetooth. I'm using one Bluetooth device - a headset, Jabra Evolve 65 - every day without issues.
Windows 11 cannot find or connect to any bluetooth devices on brand new prebuilt PC 383165d1673480852t-bluetooth-not-showing-devices-wont-connect-new-devices-device-manager.jpg
Now I acquired another Bluetooth device - a game controller - and I cannot get the PC to detect it. My Android phone finds and connects to both the old headset and the new controller, so the peripheral devices shouldn't be at fault. After an extended online research, I found that something more fundamental is off with my Bluetooth - there seems to usually be a list of devices, both paired and "foreign, but detected", that is just missing from my interface.

I cannot be sure, but that list might just be missing ever since, I never paid attention. The Bluetooth on/off toggle works as intended, my headset disconnects and reconnects as expected. By the way, the "printer and devices" window is also empty, even though I do have a printer, mouse and keyboard up and running (and showing in device manager). The issues seem related, according to online searches. Windows Update is up to date and so is the Bluetooth driver, according to device manager. I removed every Bluetooth-related entry from device manager and restarted, they showed up again as per screenshot (automatically re-installed on restart, I reckon). I completed both an SFC scan and a DISM scan. I checked services.msc and both the Bluetooth and the printer spooler services are up and running. The issue persists. Any ideas?

    Buying a prebuilt pc

I am considering about getting a prebuilt gaming pc but I am worried it might not come with an activated key and I do not want to spend 150$ for a new activation key should I buy a prebuilt pc? or do I buy one from a popular brand? or do I just not buy a prebuilt gaming pc?
