Windows 10: Windows 11 cannot install, despite numerous suggestions

This is the latest error: We Couldn't inatall Windows 11 0xC1900101 - 0x30018I recently followed the awesome advice from someone while having problems installing Windows 11. However, despite disabling all 3rd party services and installing the Win11_22H2_English_x64v1, I'm now receiving the above error with the additional error, "The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT and an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation". I have tried running the SetupDiag.exe, but it's taking an awful long time. Below are some logs that may help.2 Items2 ItemsAny suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.Man

Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
