Windows 10: Windows 11 cannot shut down

I bought a new PC for my living room; it is the one connected to my TV, if the word 'TV' still makes any sense these days. The PC came with Microsoft Windows 11. It didn't seem too bad at the beginning, not very different from Windows 10, except that it is much more annoying in trying to make one swallow Edge. However, I am totally unable to turn it off! Every time I try to shut down or hibernate, the PC restarts. Once, I tried to shut down my PC eleven times in a row and had to give up and take the plug out of the wall, which is not very good for the health of the PC.I went online, and appare

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Windows 10 is unable to complete shut down

We suggest doing these troubleshooting steps below:

Method 1. Hard Reset

• Shut down your computer.
• Remove the cable and wires connected to your computer.
• Press the Power button for 10 seconds to completely drain your device.
• Check if there's any changes.

Method 2. Shutdown trick.

• Press Windows key.
  
• Press and hold Shift.
• Click the Power icon.
• Select and click Shutdown.
