Windows 10: Windows 11: Can't add work/school account

We have new machines that our company is trying to set up for work use by employees. They come with Windows 10. Upon taking the machine out of the box and setting it up with the employees WORK Microsoft account, it wouldn't let me install Windows 11 even though the machine was compatible in every aspect. So I reset the PC, loaded it with a local account instead, and was able to install Windows 11. Weird, right? After Windows 11 installed, I'm trying to create a user account LINKED TO OUR EMPLOYEES MICROSOFT ACCOUNT and I keep receiving a message saying the account doesn't exist. How do I

I have upgraded my machine to windows 11. But in windows 11 I cant sing in with my work or school account in MS store. Earlier in win 10 we were able to sign in with work or school account.

In the Microsoft Store in Windows 11, it is not yet possible to log in with a Work or School account, currently, only personal accounts are accepted.
