Windows 10: Windows 11 can't communicate with local webapp

Hello,I have a raspberry pi running JupyterHub on my local network. All computers both Win10 & Win11 can ping and load the web app but my laptop. It is a surface pro 6 running Windows 11.I have tried loading the app in both chrome and firefox and both give timeout errors. When I ping the IP address it also gives a destination host unreachable. I have tried resetting the IP v4 protocol and deleting the wifi drivers and letting Windows reinstall them. I disabled the Windows Firewall and the same errors occur.I also tried a completely different WIFI adapter. The issue persisted.I am no

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Forgot Local Password

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and reset the password for the local account and check.

• 
  Login in to your Microsoft account.
  
• 
  Press Windows logo key + X key.
  
• 
  Select Computer Management.
  
• 
  Click on Local user and group.
  
• 
  In the right window pane, double click on user’s folder.
  
• 
  Right click on local user account and select set password and follow the on screen instructions.

To help you out with your concern, we suggest that you disable the add-ons in Internet Explorer 11. For step by step instructions, go to this

link, then look for the title Turning off and removing add-ons.

We also suggest that you reset Internet Explorer 11 through these steps:

• Go to Internet Explorer then click the Gear icon.
• Choose Internet options > Advanced.
• Click Reset.

(Note: If you have added Favorites, back up them first before resetting the browser. )
