Windows 10: windows 11 can't connect to the internet. what should i do?

hi! i can't connect to the internet. i can't even troubleshoot. it just says "you're connected using a virtual network adapter that we can't test" and recommends me to restart my pc, i've tried everything on the internet, restarted my pc multiple times, even reseted my pc, plugged, unplugged, shut it down and kept it like that for an hour. nothing works. i'm using wifi, there is nothing wrong with the wifi, my phone is connecting just fine. yesterday i didn't have any problems, nothing like this ever happened before.

• In which browser are you facing this issue e.g. Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer?
• Do you get any error message?
• Have you installed all pending Windows updates?
• Do you face connection fluctuation in Ethernet connection?
• Is the issue specific to any particular website?

I suggest you to try connecting to Ethernet connection and check if face same issue. Also install all pending Windows updates Further you can refer the link below and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.

internet connection is very slowly while projecting to another pc
