Windows 10: Windows 11 “can’t connect to this network” message

I was recently watching YouTube an hour ago on my Computer, everything was fine and suddenly I got disconnected from the wifi. I tried connecting back and it gave me the message “ can’t connect to this network” and it’s only for my home internet too. I was able to connect to my hotspot but it won’t let me connect to my home wifi. I tried everything. I updated my entire computer, and nothing. Changing my ip and dns to automatic, nothing. Restarted it, nothing, tried turning airplane mode on and back off, nothing. All my other devices are connected but it’s just my computer that won’t connect! P

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Step 1: As you are using Wi-Fi connection, I suggest you to switch to wired connection (Connected the internet cable to your device) and check if the internet connection is working fine.

Step 2: Run
Network Adapter troubleshooter

Network Adapter troubleshooter find and fix the problems with wireless and other Network Adapter.

• Click on Start; in the start search type
  Troubleshooter and hit Enter.
• In the left pane, click on View all.
• Click on Network Adapter Troubleshooter.
• Click Next and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Losing network connection

Hello Dear, if you have a laptop or a PC with a wireless network adapter, you can see a list of available wireless networks and then connect to one of those networks. The wireless networks will only appear if your PC has a wireless network adapter installed, the adapter is turned on, and the wireless access point is in range.

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.

2. In the left pane, under Network Tasks, click View available wireless networks.
In case, If you don't see the network you want to connect to, click Refresh network list. If you see the network but the signal is weak, move the PC closer to the wireless router.

3. Click the network you want to connect to, and then click Connect.

4. If you're connecting to a secure network, type the security key, and then click OK.
