Windows 10: Windows 11 - Can't Install Language Pack or Fonts - Error 0x800F0841

I am having trouble downloading language packs on Windows 11. Every time I attempt to download a pack, the download always becomes stuck at around 80%, and never moves forward. Afterwards, I receive the error code - 0x800F0841. I have tried to do Dism and sfc system repair commands but they did not help. There is little information about this error online, so I was wandering if someone had a potential solution. Thanks.

Speech language pack is not download!!

Please share the below information to help you better.

• When you say Language pack it not downloading, do you receive any error message?
• If yes, what is the error message?

There are few languages that windows 10 has pre installed in the system itself, I suggest that you check these languages and locate the language that you want to install. Follow the steps below to locate the language.

• Click on the Start Menu, locate and select Settings.
• Click on Time and Language.
• Locate and select Region and Language.
• Click on Add a Language.

If you cannot find the language there you can download a language pack for Windows 10 from the link below:

Problems in installing a language pack in Windows 10

UP to today, searching, downloading and installing language pack is still time very consuming, very headack process! Ever MS make this process standard, easy available?

I would like to inform you that you may be able to use fonts but not Gujarati language pack.

You may type Fonts in the search bar to have access to fonts.

Follow the below steps to install the Indian English language pack.

Steps 1:

• 
  Press Windows + I keys on the keyboard to open Settings menu.
  
• 
  Click on Time and language in settings window.
  
• 
  Click on Region and language from left navigation pane.
  
• 
  Click on Add a language (+ symbol)
  

Step 2:

• 
  Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Type Language in the search bar located at the top right corner of Control panel and click on language.
  
• 
  Click on the Indian language pack on the Language window.
  
• 
  Click on Download and install language pack button under Indian language pack.
  
• 
  Enter the administrator password if prompted.
  
• 
  Click on Save button.
