Windows 10: Windows 11, can't open anything, can't run any command. Help?

Built a new pc recently, everything brand new, installed windows 11, and everything worked great.Left the city for a week, after i came back the pc wouldn't connect to the internet no matter what, read on microsoft forums that a Network Reset could solve my issue, so i ran the Network Reset, still couldn't connect but now i got another issue where not a single program would run or open. Couldn't shut down, couldn't alt f4, couldn't ctrl + alt + del, nothing, i could only turn it off manually. After a few hours it finally connected to the internet, now the pc would sometimes work completely fin

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.
