    Windows 11 can't start programs on boot


    Hello,Today, I booted up my PC to find out that no process is starting up.I've even checked task manager and closed mmc.exe the program im trying to launch and it just stays there, but if I do it a second time it shows "The operation could not be completed — Access is denied".If I leave a program running in the background, it only shows up after 5-10 minutes, along with any other process.Can somebody help me?-Alex

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    Sabertooth 990fx won't boot to windows logo, it shuts down

    to boot and enter bios and load windows, any todays PSU (with the correct plugs) will work, AFAIK

    to enter BIOS only low wattage is used.
    Then, during boot, the HDD and a bit later the videocard card start to demand juice, then the other devices and periphericals... so the total demand during boot up is incrementing step by step, that's why a failure halfway could indicate a PSU problem....

    Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading program list?!

    Add Remove Programs in Windows XP doesn't finish loading the program list (It never even starts displaying any programs) and I believe it may be that a uninstall program messed up completely and Windows can't figure out what programs are installed because of it. What is the problem? Please?
