Windows 10: windows 11 cant upload/download can you help

After installing W11 upgrade to my pc. everything ran good.After a W11 upgrade to the already existing new W11.things went bad.I cannot download/upload anything.. I dont get an errorcode, only "installing failed".. I have tried the troubleshooters, suggested. all i get is fixed, What was fixed I dont know.Everything is still messed up. I still cant upload nor download.Please can i get some help.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Program to upload or download bios from VGA card.

Can anyone suggest me working application to upload or download bios from my VGA card? I am thinking to edit bios with Rabit.

Uploading vs Downloading

To better understand the issue please let us which program or application are you using to upload data.

Meanwhile I suggest you to try the methods below and see if it helps.

Method 1:

Uninstall and Reinstall the Network Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Network Adapter Drivers

• 
  Press “Windows Logo” + “X” keys on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Network Adapter from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”.
  
  
• 
  On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and the restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Step 2: Check the Windows updates for any latest driver updates.
Check in Windows updates if any driver updates are available. If so, install the same and check if it helps.

  Press “Windows Logo” + “S” keys from the keyboard.
  
• 
  Type “Updates” in the search bar and click on the icon “Windows Update” from the search result.
  
• 
  On the “Windows Update” window, click on the link: “Check for updates” from the left hand side of the window to receive a fresh list of updates.
  
• 
  If the updates are available, then install all the updates listed there.
