Windows 10: Windows 11 casting/wireless monitor not working

My Windows laptop can not cast to my TV or my Samsung tablet. The failing Windows does detect the wireless monitors. When I select them, it pretends to be connected, creating the Miracast device in the Device Manager and creating the new audio devices in the Sounds menu, but both the TV and the Samsung tablet have similar behaviors: The screen turns black for anywhere between 3 and 20 seconds, then it acts like it was disconnected.Other computers can connect to both wireless displays, and if I hook up an SSD with a Windows 11 installation on it and boot from it, the other operating system c

2) If this was caused by Feature Update 22H2 You can roll back for ten days Feature Update 22H2 in Settings > System > Recovery or from WinRE Repair Mode as shown here: https://www.elevenforum.com/t/boot-to-advanced-... .
