Windows 10: Windows 11 causes errors at 5 per cent of "getting files ready for installation" stage

I had a power failure, after that forced restart Windows 11 was unable to load to login screen again, including safe mode, even in an hour time.I tried checking the disk, including surface, also dism, sfc, fixmbr, restoring from the only point that was available, and Windows still could not get to the login screen.Refreshing also failed twice at around 17 per cent.So I created a new USB installation disk with 2H22 version on a friend's computer and tried it. It failed twice with 0x8007025D error at 5 per cent of “getting files ready for installation”.I had a 2H21 version on the HDD that worked

@Ztruker yes i followed all the steps to the letter. i had gotten to step 15 (the installation of windows) where i had gotten error code 0x8007045D (the same error code as before) specifically it appears around 25-40% of the "getting files ready for installation" stage

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
