Windows 10: Windows 11 clean install on brand new SSD. Error message saying 'The PC can't run Windows 11'

Hi all,I bought a brand new Windows 11 home Pro USB to install on a brand new SSD. However, it say 'The PC can't run Windows 11' after keying in the product key.I have flashed my MB with the latest Bios, enabled TPM, enable secure boot..... However, when I enabled secure boot, then it cannot detect usb drive nor SATA SSD.My PC specification as below.CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800XRAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE 32GB DDR5 6000MHz AMD EXPO Desktop MB: gigabyte b450 aorus eliteGPU: MSI NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB VENTUS 3X OC Graphics Card For GamingCan you please help.

Why do I get the error message "This PC can't run Windows 11" when trying to install Windows 11?

I'm trying to install windows 11 on a new ssd. I created a windows media installation for windows 11 on a USB and I'm using that to install windows on my new ssd. The problem occurs when I start the setup, I get the error message "This PC can't run windows 11" even though my pc can. I have a core i5 9400F 2.9 Ghz, 16 gigs of ram, a 1tb ssd and 3060 ti. This should be able to run windows 11. I've checked with the PC health checker and it says my PC is capable of running windows 11. I had trouble earlier with TMP 2.0 not being enabled but I've double checked that and made sure that it is enabled but I still get the error message. Can anyone help?

 

Windows 11 says compatible, but in instalation says it isnt?

The very first step, before running the buggy PC Health Check app, is to see if your CPU is on the approved list for Windows 11. Is it?

 

Getting PC can't run Windows 11 message on install even though it can

I used to have a hdd which Windows 11 was initially installed on, however I recently got an ssd and I was trying to to install Windows 11 onto the SSD instead using a USB with Windows installation media. I meet all the required criteria for Windows 11 and my computer is already running it fine with no issues, but when I try and install it on the new SSD it keeps giving the pc can't run windows 11 message to me. TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are on and I can't find any other suggestions on how to make it work.
