Windows 10: Windows 11 - clipboard history items do not appear immediately

When i copy some text, in Win+V window new item appears after about a minute of waiting. On win10 it was instant and I often used this feature. 22H2 clean installed, tried sfc and dism repair - not helped.

Windows 11 clipboard doesn't have all items I just copied

I've just upgraded to windows 11 and am very pleased. I have a few niggles, but the worst is that some items don't appear in my clipboard history. Links do not appear consistently. Some do some don't.

Can I change some settings so clipboard history has all my copied items in it? Or is there another fix?

PS I don't mean the next day, I mean I copy a link, I hit windows V and the item is not there.

Clipboard History not working after upgrade to Windows 11 Home.

I have tried all of the suggested fixes -

- Restarted, downloaded/installed all available updates, restarted.

- Allow Clipboard History is "ON" in Settings

- Cleared clipboard history

- Task Manager, restarted Windows Explorer

- Registry Edit (as suggested, rechecked multiple times, referred to multiple articles and YouTube videos). Restarted.

Windows Home edition, so Group Policy editor is not applicable (I checked to be sure, it IS Home edition, and GPedit does not exist on this computer).

What else?

Windows 10 has a built in Clipboard History that may meet your requirements.

Clipboard History will allow you to save multiple Items and select from the list to paste.

settings -> system -> clipboard

turn on clipboard history

Save items to the clipboard in the normal way (e.g. Ctrl+C) then when you come to paste, use Winkey+V to select the item from the list.
