why is my IntelR CoreTM i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz, 4008 Mhz, 4 Cores, not compatible with windows 11? the requirement says 1GHZ and 2 cores. this process is 4GHZ and 4 cores. Makes no sense why this processor is not compatible. please enlighten me why this doesnt me the needs of windows 11?

several thoughts about your comment:

1) In that link, the 32 cores and 256 cores is when he is referring to Win8 not Win10. Win10 is downgraded to 2 cores according to him.

2) when I do a "msinfo32.exe" on my computer, I get "Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3401 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)". So, I would think Microsoft would know what is on my computer, 4 cores 8 processors.

System is running extremely slow. opening up any software takes forever. I saw a lot of comments about Windows 10 slowing down PC, I was wondering what I can do.
