    windows 11 computer installation keeps restarting


    My computer had this issue where it couldn't detect any internet and bluetooth was completely disabled. So i decided to reset the computer. now i am at the process of installing windows again, but when the download gets to 70%, the computer restarts and the whole process repeats again. this has been happening for around 1 - 2 hours now, and i am wondering if i can do anything to fix this.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
