Windows 10: Windows 11 Computer Locked to CPU

this is a follow-up to my other postFor some reason, when I try to change if a game of mine uses CPU, or GPU, no matter how much I try to change it to GPU, it ends up using my CPU instead. I've checked task manager too, and EVERYTHING just prefers the CPU. This is even more incredibly confusing, and I don't have much information about why this happens or anything.

Computer freezes on the lock screen [Windows 11]

Hi everyone,

Since upgrading from Windows 10 Professional to Windows 11 Professional, my computer (desktop) has consistently crashed on the lock screen.

To be more specific, it crashes ONLY when I lock the computer (by using the windows key + L combination) after use. This does not occur when putting the PC to sleep.

I have re-seated the RAM as a troubleshooting step and have tried using other RAM sticks. I have also tried uninstalling software on the computer that I do not use to no avail.

Grateful for any suggestions on how to fix this issue without the need to reinstall the OS.

Windows 11 supported CPU confusion

When your computer failed the PC HealthCheck app, it takes you to the Windows 10 CPU list.

This is the Windows 11 CPU, it doesn't have your CPU listed.

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
