Windows 10: Windows 11 connectivity issues

I recently purchased a new laptop that came with Windows 11, and I have been having connectivity issues the entire time I have had the laptop. Neither my desktop, gaming consoles or phones have any issues with my internet connection through my router and I have never had to restart my router as my internet has been perfectly stable the whole time. However, on this new laptop, whenever I am connected to the Wi-Fi the internet will sometimes with no notable information from the network connections just not load, or I will lose connection to a game server, or I will lose connection to discord o

We understand the difficulties as the Wi-Fi connection on your PC drops. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below:

• What is the Version and Build of Windows 10 currently installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)

• What is the make and model of the PC?
  

• Are you aware of any changes on the PC prior to this issue?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to refer the steps as mentioned in this article and check:

Also, we would suggest you to update the Wi-Fi driver from Device Manager. Please refer this article to update the driver:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
