Windows 10: Windows 11 - Constant crashes with windows error ID 1796 launching or playing RUST using...

I just recently had new motherboard installed, new PSU 850w instead or original 750 W and new cabinet. I used my old ssd, ram and RTX3080 in an original Acer Orion 5000 desktop.I reinstalled windows 11 entirely after windows stopped updating and windows support was unable to solve the issue, I reinstalled and reacivated my windows key.Updates are back to normal. My pc is completely updated, the motherboard BIOS is supposed to be the latast version, windows 11 is fully up to date and the Nvidia Drivers for the RTX3080 were reinstalled.Getting windows error 1796 after which either my game free

Blue screen while playing Rust

I'm running Windows 10 Pro version 21H1,

I play Rust on Steam and run on a Gigabyte GTX 1080, Intel i7 Coffee Lake CPU with G.Skill 16GB ram modules. My blue screen only occurs when running Rust and it is a RAM memory eater. My system randomly crashes while playing this game. All other Windows applications are working fine.

I have reinstalled Windows 10 a few times, with the latest drivers and I still experience blue screen crashes while playing this game.

The below message is what I get from event viewer

I'd be very greatful if someone can give me information what this bugcheck might mean?

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
