Windows 10: Windows 11 Constant Lag

Hello. So today, Something new happened. I was just on my laptop and then suddenly the laptop started lagging. It went away but after 10-20 secs it came back, And it just keeps happening after a short ammount of time. I tried to go back to Widnows 10, But it just says "This feature is unavilable". I really need help. Hope someone can solve this.Thanks

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

We would like to know more about your lag issue:

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
