Windows 10: windows 11 constant usb keyboard/mouse disconnections

running h23 windows 11, been playing a few games, destiny, delta force, and normal tasksbeen having constant usb keyboard/mouse problems, been getting disconnection/connection sounds, freezing, stuttering, no response from k/m. Did all the recc'd fixes, power management, drivers, ect,. still no change. using a MSI Pro X670-p Wi-fi motherboard. They want me to send it to them, thinking it's a USB power issue. so I had a Old sonnet PCI Usb2 expansion card from a old computer, so stuck that in to see if anything changes, guess what? Zilch, nada. SAME issues. so it's NOT the motherboard. the PCI

Frequent Mouse and Keyboard Disconnection Issue in Windows 11

Hello everyone,



I've been experiencing an issue with my mouse and keyboard disconnecting frequently recently. I have confirmed the health of both the keyboard and mouse. The problem is such that both the mouse and keyboard disconnect every few seconds, and I have to wait for a few seconds for them to reconnect and function properly. This issue persists until I restart my laptop.



I have tried several solutions from the internet, but none have been effective. It's worth mentioning that my mouse is wireless and connects via Bluetooth.
