Windows 10: Windows 11 context menu not displaying correctly

Discus and support Windows 11 context menu not displaying correctly in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I had this "bug" on previous installation. Today i decided to do full clean install.     Windows 11 context menu not displaying correctly


    I had this "bug" on previous installation. Today i decided to do full clean install. And right after new installation i get same bug that i cant figure out what causes it? I have latest drivers for my system, latest graphic drivers RX6800XT. And as i said installation is fresh from clean install. When i right click on icons in desktop or even files or folders in explorer i get this bug in context menu not displaying correctly mostly top right corner is missing.Its completely random. Sometimes is displayed normal but often its not. What could cause this?Edit: sfc and dism does not help.

    File Explorer Context Menu

    Changes to the File Explorer context menu in Windows 11 have made it more inconvenient for me to use compared with Windows 10. I use "New Folder" frequently and this is now 2-clicks away, in favour of a list of commands I never use. Is there a way to change way this context menu displays?

    Context Menu - Open With (Windows Suggested List)

    Well.. have a look at this:

    I took a risk. I've set a System Restore point then installed Gold Wave. It was not present in that Open With list. I used the Default Programs Editor:

    Did you click Save...? You should have seen:

    Note: if you are running as a standard user you may need to run it as admin, if it doesn't offer a UAC prompt.
