hi, im using a msi pc tower with these specs MPG B460 Trident A MS-B926 CPU IntelR CoreTM i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 16 Gb of ramGPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 1 year ago this problem appeared on my computer and every single time i try to: play some games watch some videos or talking to some friends on discord my pc goes black screen or it freezes and then it rebootsi tried updating the bios, updating the drivers of the nvdia card and see for some errors i will link the dump file herecan someone please help me? I have the same problem. In my case my son was playing game and it happened. I still have same problem after switch on and off few times, totally black screen, only some times for few seconds it shows blue screen with the message that restarting and there
is code, Video tdr failure and screen again goes black.

 

Blue Screen/Crashing Issues (Video TDR Failure)

Occasionally, my laptop just randomly freezes up, crashes, and then restarts. Sometimes it shows a blue screen and sometimes it doesn't. It's getting really annoying since sometimes when I type up a
doc and it doesn't save or when I'm playing a game and it just crashes. These crashes can happen anytime and that's the thing that's frustrating. You would think there's a pattern, like when I do something really resource-intensive it'll crash, but even when
I'm doing nothing and it's just idle, these random crashes can still happen. My speculation is something to do with the GPU. I'm running an external GPU over Expresscard on my laptop to an external monitor and the blue screen error code/message says "video
tdr failure, nvlddmkm.sys". One thing to note is that whenever it crashes, the blue screen always shows up on my laptop screen (which I have disabled since I use my monitor) and then the monitor goes blank. I've updated my NVIDIA drivers to the latest version,
updated Windows, replugging and plugging back in the GPU and the cables, and it still won't solve my problem. This problem started occurring a few months ago, but now it's gotten more common (Maybe a Windows Update caused it?). As a last resort, should I just
wipe and reinstall Windows? Any help would be appreciated.

Hello today while I was watching a video and then I opened an interactive map on Google Chrome I got a blue screen video tdr failure. Now when I try to boot screen remains black, not even back light is turning on. It happened again but after I turned on
and off my pc many times the problem was solved. Now nothing happens.
