Windows 10: Windows 11 Crashed while on charging mode

I'm not really sure what happened. I just received my laptop Victus 15, i5 12450H, 16 gb ram, RTX 3050 from authorized service center due to battery and motherboard issues. At first there were no problems until today. I was browsing on microsoft edge and suddenly my laptop died and restart itself and brought me to bluescreen with text written "Recovery: It looks like Windows didnt load correctly" and it keeps doing that everytime i tried to use microsoft services like pressing the windows button. I've tried the "scf /scannow" and any other solutions and it didnt work. Until i try to use my l

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

ive watch my temps and both the cpu and gpu are within normal ranges. when it freezes it simply freezes the image and stops the sound. i must reboot to get back to windows.
