Windows 10: Windows 11 crashes adding new user

2 or 3 weeks ago I upgraded my laptop from Windows 10 to Windows 11 - No issues, everything works fine until today when I tried to add an user.Each time I open "add, edit...user" GUI computer crashes.I tried via command line with the same result.FWIW I found https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/user-settings-screen-crashes/75043d0d-553a-4129-af02-db41a5db119a , triedpowers shell commands but them ask for parameter "Path" :cmdlet Add-AppxPackage at command pipeline position 1Supply values for the following parametersath;Ran the SCF and DISM commands without showing any

What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
